1) Doing Squat Exercises to Get a Tighter Vagina
By doing squats you will strengthen your core, butt, quads, hamstrings, and your pelvic muscles. Strengthening all these muscles you will have a combined effect of making your pussy much tighter.
If you are a beginner you can start with bodyweight squats at home. Start by keeping your feet shoulder length apart and hold your arms straight in front of you. Next, slowly squat down like you are about to sit in a chair. Then once your butt is at knee level push through your heels to come back to standing position. As you do this try to make sure that your knees do not go farther forward than your feet.
Once you are able to do 3 sets of 20 bodyweight squats then you are ready for more weight. You can try to hold heavy things around the house to add more weight. Fans, chairs, baskets of books are all good places to start. If you find you need even more weight you should consider going to a gym and using a squat rack.
After a few weeks of doing. squats you will notice your vagina muscles tightening more and more. Just keep doing them every other day, and as the weight you can lift increases the firmness of your bits will increase as well.
2) Kegal Exercises – Strengthening Your Pelvic Floor
Kegal exercises are one of the best ways to tighten your vagina naturally. They directly strengthen pelvic muscles, and so too your vagina. To do these you squeeze your anus muscles and the musles below it. Squeeze and hold for three seconds then release for 5 seconds. Repeat this cycle until you reach 10 squeezes.
It’s important to work your way up slowly when doing these or you can find yourself sore the next day, which can make going to the bathroom pretty tough. Start with one set of ten and see how you feel the next day. After this add more sets and more reps in a gradual amount.

You can do them while driving your car to work, while taking a break at work, or even while standing in line at the bank. 3) Ben Wa Balls – Extra Help For Vagina Tightening Exercises
Ben Wa Balls are like the weights of pelvic floor exercises. You simply insert them into your vagina and keep them in there during the day.
